Leverage Among Leading
Insurers
Our
decision to join NFP (National Financial Partners) was based on a
profound commitment to you, our Advisor TEAM Members and our clients.
We understand that your
situation is unique and that you need access to a wide array of
sophisticated solutions.
As
a firm, SRSSI (Succession-Retirement
Strategies
& Solutions, Inc.)
is able to address
the full spectrum of your
insurance needs with the focused, individual attention of an
independent firm.
At the same time, we represent multiple insurance companies with
diverse strengths, and we share in the intellectual capital and
technological
capabilities of NFP, the leading insurance distribution company in the United States.
I. Stringent Carrier Selection Criteria
SRSSI’s
overall strategy is to provide multiple company relationships, while
ensuring preferential pricing and leverage. After carefully evaluating the top 20 to 25 insurance companies in the
world, NFP’s actuarial consultants and staff chose a select
group of carriers based on key criteria that included
quality, market position, underwriting orientation, and financial
strength. Each
of these carriers maintains a Dedicated Resource Unit to ensure that
SRSSI is able to provide its advisors’ clients with the
highest levels
of service and sophisticated capabilities. When the need for highly specialized solutions arises, NFP’s
relationships with companies beyond their core carriers ensures that
SRSSI is able to meet
the full scope of both our advisor's and client's needs with highly
targeted solutions. Periodic profiling America’s
insurance carriers to peerless standards means optimal safety for you.
II. Expert Advocacy On Your Behalf
NFP’s Underwriting
Advocacy department works to help us to ensure for our
advisors and clients the best underwriting available. These advocates
work directly with us to provide case consultation and staff training. When necessary, NFP’s underwriting advocates work to
negotiate
favorable underwriting offers. This provides our advisors and clients
with the confidence of
knowing that, if necessary, they will be evaluated according to their
unique
medical situations, rather than how they fit into a statistical model. Although our Underwriting Advocacy team does not shop cases or process
applications, they do work closely with carriers to negotiate offers
already made and
to make best-case assessments. Employing our Competitive Bidding
Process and investigating carrier eagerness for
given risks ensures that your premium dollars are well-spent.
III. Leading-Edge Technology Tools
With our access to our NFP advanced
decision analysis tools, such as the
proprietary Life Insurance Design Questionnaire and Variable Life
Insurance Design
Questionnaire, we can offer our advisors and their clients a clear
understanding of the conceptual goals underlying different types of
policies. Furthermore, with our access to NFP’s proprietary reporting
system, we can
link all of our product decisions into an integrated reporting format
that provides us
with the most effective financial management data available. Accurate,
purposeful dialogue results in more
effective accomplishment of your goals and objectives.
Collective Strength and Capabilities
Working with SRSSI, you have access
to state-of-the art solutions and market
leading expertise. As your needs change, as technology changes, and as
regulations change, you can continue to count on us as your Insurance
Underwriting
Advocate.
