When necessary, NFP’s underwriting advocates work to negotiate favorable underwriting offers. This provides our advisors and clients with the confidence of knowing that, if necessary, they will be evaluated according to their unique medical situations, rather than how they fit into a statistical model.

Although our Underwriting Advocacy team does not shop cases or process applications, they do work closely with carriers to negotiate offers already made and to make best-case assessments. Employing our Competitive Bidding Process and investigating carrier eagerness for given risks ensures that your premium dollars are well-spent.
